Processing of personal data and storage time
Basis of processing
Our processing of personal data about employees is based on both legal obligations and legitimate interest. The legitimate interest is based on the need to process personal data in connection with personnel administration and the mobilization of personnel.
Our processing of information about current and potential customers and suppliers, as well as other stakeholders, is based on legitimate interest. This means that we need to keep in touch in order to be able to effectively follow up on offers, orders and deliveries or other agreements or obligations.
Recipients of personal data
As a travel company, we must share personal data with our customers in order to mobilize our employees for various projects.
If it is relevant to share personal data about employees with recipients in countries outside the EEA area, this is done in accordance with Chapter V of the Regulation "Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations".
Personal information about contact persons at both current and potential customers, suppliers or stakeholders is not disclosed to recipients outside the company.
Data processors
External actors can be data processors for personal data on our behalf. Suppliers of IT systems and systems for personnel administration and travel booking are examples of this. In cooperation with such actors, we will, in accordance with current legislation, secure the personal data and the processing thereof.

According to Google's guidelines for the use of Google Analytics, no personal information is collected about you as a user. The data collected is stored on Google's servers.
Google Tag Manager:
Google Tag Manager handles tracking codes and refers to tracking setup and tracking to third-party solutions such as Universal Analytics (Google Analytics) and is used for optimization of the website and marketing services. All tracking codes are run and handled via Google Tag Manager.
What is stored: Your movements and certain actions on the website (e.g. if you press "Add to cart" in an online store). All data is anonymised and we do not store any sensitive information such as credit card details, telephone number, address or any other form of data that can identify you as a person.
Tracking Pixels:
The tracking pixels on the website are used for tracking conversions and user-tailored marketing.
Information collection:
We collect information through forms on our websites. Providing this information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide the personal data, we may be prevented from giving you access to the product or service.
